Sometimes during registration if you find you need to go back partway through the registration process and start over you may have difficulty. You may see that someone else's name is showing, rather than yours, or it may not let you advance to the next page, etc.. This may mean that you need to clear your browser's cache. 

To clear your cache using Internet Explorer you will click on the Gear icon, Select Safety, and then Delete Browsing History. From there uncheck the items and hit OK. Details can be found at this link:

To clear your cache using Chrome go to the Horizontal bars icon, select Tools, and then Clear Browsing Data. Check the cache line and click the Clear Browsing Data button on the bottom of the popup window.
