Through contact with countless clients and companies over the years there exists a common theme. Project managers often do not feel empowered. They feel that unrealistic constraints are placed on them and they are powerless to do anything about it. Is that really the case or, through certain techniques can you overcome this feeling of powerlessness and take control? That's why we have partnered with Dr. Beth Sears of Workplace Communications, Inc. to address this issue with an exciting half-day workshop!

Do you ever feel frustrated with your situation in business because you’re given tasks you believe are not realistic to achieve in the time allotted?

If you manage projects have you ever felt as if you were handed a project’s objectives and knew it would be impossible to meet either cost or schedule objectives?

In these situations do you feel powerless to do anything about it?

This interactive workshop will empower you to take control of your work life. In just one morning you will walk away with:

  • Specific strategies on how to level the playing field with the stakeholders you believe are holding all the cards.
  • Learn how to improve your communication skills so as to give you the edge in negotiations.
  • Learn how to show your stakeholders how and why seeing things from your point of view will benefit them.
